What is the exchange policy for my purchase?
The exchange period would be 14 days from date of purchase.
How long will it take for the watches to arrive ?
The watches would take approximately 5 - 7 working days from the date of purchase. For support, feel free to contact us at nishiwatch@gmail.com.
How do I replace the batteries on my nishi watch?
You can replace the watch batteries at any local watchmaker store or watch repair shop.
Can I add further customizations to the watches?
The design of the watches are finalized as shown in the product photos. For personal customization of watches, only bulk orders of more than 100 pieces are accepted. Contact nishiwatch@gmail.com for more information.
What is the warranty period for all nishi watches?
All nishi watches come with a one month local warranty. Warranty covers strap fitting, gear repairs or any product faults (not inclusive of scratches).
Can I refund or request for a 1-to-1 exchange for a watch with defects?
All nishi watches that are sold are non-refundable. If you happen to receive a watch that is faulty from the box, do keep the box as well as any electronic/physical copy of the transaction (e.g. receipt) for a 1-to-1 exchange.
